A controlled procurement process

From buyer requirement to documented acceptance.

PMG coordinates the commercial and administrative path across the buyer, manufacturer, distributor, logistics provider, and delivery location.

  1. 01
    Receive the requirement

The buyer provides the product specification, quantity, delivery location, required date, and acceptance terms.

  2. 02
    Source and verify

PMG confirms supplier pricing, availability, compliance documentation, freight, lead time, and any clearly identified alternates.

  3. 03
    Quote and fulfill

After award or order acceptance, PMG coordinates payment, supplier release, direct shipment, tracking, and delivery communication.

  4. 04
    Document and close

PMG tracks receipt and acceptance, organizes order records, resolves open delivery items, and completes invoicing closeout.

Controlled execution

Accept only the orders PMG can fulfill responsibly.

For accepted product requirements, PMG may act as the supplier, reseller, procurement channel, or order-coordination partner based on the solicitation, supplier authorization, funding path, and delivery terms.

PMG verifies the fulfillment path before accepting an order and clearly documents manufacturer or distributor information, product requirements, freight, lead time, exceptions, and acceptance terms. PMG does not perform trade labor, supervise field work, or represent unapproved alternates as accepted products.

Veteran-led accountability

Distribution experience behind every order.

Founder and President Chris Lewis-Jones (LJ) is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 10 years of experience across distribution, supplier development, sourcing, quoting, product management, contractor sales, and multi-state regional leadership.

That background helps PMG evaluate the complete fulfillment path—product fit, supplier capability, price, lead time, freight, documentation, and delivery risk.
