GovCon teaming + execution partner

Find the opportunity. Build the team. Own the workstream.

PMG helps technical firms, primes, and manufacturers turn public-sector opportunities into executable pursuits. We qualify the work, assemble complementary partners, coordinate the response, and perform a defined subcontracted scope from capture through closeout.

No passive participation. No name-only teaming. PMG performs real, defined work.

The core PMG model

Not another bid list. An operating partner.

Research is the starting point—not the finished product. PMG uses opportunity intelligence to originate a pursuit, creates a practical teaming path, and stays accountable for an agreed work package.

01

Qualify the right pursuit

PMG turns scattered notices, forecasts, and prime-contractor demand into a short list built around the team's actual capabilities, geography, timing, and capacity.

  • Federal, state, local, institutional, and prime opportunities
  • Buyer, incumbent, competition, timing, and procurement-path research
  • Clear pursue, monitor, partner, or pass recommendation
02

Build the right team

PMG identifies complementary firms and helps turn a promising match into a practical teaming structure with named responsibilities and boundaries.

  • Prime, small-business, consultant, contractor, and supplier mapping
  • Partner outreach and meeting coordination
  • Defined workshare, deliverables, schedule, and exclusions
03

Drive the response

PMG owns the operating work around the technical lead so inputs, vendors, quotes, schedules, records, and next actions keep moving toward submission.

  • Proposal and bid administration
  • RFQ, pricing, subcontractor, and supplier coordination
  • Action registers, responsibility matrices, and document control
04

Perform the workshare

After award, PMG carries a bounded support package into execution while licensed, regulated, and professional-of-record duties stay with the technical partner.

  • Stakeholder, meeting, schedule, and deliverable coordination
  • Procurement tracking, records, handoff, and closeout
  • Carolinas field and site-support logistics
The difference:

PMG does not stop after sending opportunities. We help turn the strongest one into a team, a response, and a clearly owned scope of work.

Start with one pursuit

Best-fit teaming partners

Technical capability meets operating capacity.

PMG works beside organizations that own the technical, regulated, construction, manufacturing, or professional scope—and need a partner to keep the commercial and administrative work moving.

01

Engineering, environmental & planning firms

Keep technical staff focused on technical scope while PMG supports capture, partner coordination, procurement activity, project controls, records, and closeout.

02

Primes, contractors & program teams

Add an SBA-certified SDVOSB with a defined work package for pursuit administration, supplier outreach, RFQs, document control, and project coordination.

03

Manufacturers & specialty suppliers

Build a qualified government pipeline, connect with agencies and primes, coordinate quotes, and develop Southeast channel and specification relationships.

04

Grant, facility & infrastructure partners

Strengthen delivery with stakeholder coordination, sourcing support, meeting and action tracking, site logistics, documentation, and owner follow-through.

Real workshare by design

Useful before award. Accountable after award.

PMG's scope is written before work begins so every partner understands ownership, boundaries, acceptance criteria, and the handoff from pursuit into delivery.

Before award

Capture + pursuit work

  • Opportunity deep dives and fit decisions
  • Buyer, prime, incumbent, and decision-maker maps
  • Partner shortlists and targeted outreach
  • Workshare and responsibility matrices
  • Proposal calendars and action registers
  • Vendor, pricing, and RFQ coordination

After award

Execution + closeout support

  • Stakeholder and meeting coordination
  • Schedule, action, and deliverable tracking
  • Supplier and procurement follow-through
  • Records and compliance-file organization
  • Carolinas field and site-support logistics
  • Handoff, documentation, and closeout support

Complementary operating desks

Extend the relationship beyond one pursuit.

Once PMG understands the client's products, buyers, and operating needs, the same disciplined workflow can support recurring revenue development and procurement performance.

Revenue infrastructure

Government Sales + Quote Desk

For manufacturers and contractors that need sustained public-sector coverage, PMG can qualify demand, map buyers and partners, coordinate RFQs and pricing inputs, follow up, and track pursuits through handoff.

Procurement performance

Supply Savings + Sourcing Desk

For project and facility teams, PMG can review priority spend, source qualified options, compare landed cost and terms, coordinate supplier outreach, and resolve project-specific material gaps.

The PMG operating standard

Defined roles. Measurable work. Controlled risk.

Roles, deliverables, compensation, boundaries, and acceptance criteria are documented before work begins.

PMG performs a real, auditable workshare and does not serve as a pass-through or name-only SDVOSB. Clients retain product, pricing, technical, and purchasing approval.

Founder-led execution

Commercial discipline behind every pursuit.

Founder and President Chris Lewis-Jones (LJ) is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 10 years of experience across building-material distribution, contractor sales, product management, quoting, supplier development, sourcing, and multi-state regional leadership.

That background—including Weyerhaeuser Distribution and BlueLinx Corporation—helps PMG connect opportunity research to the practical commercial work required to quote, source, coordinate, document, deliver, and close.
